EDUARDO BORJA RUY-SÁNCHEZ
Mr. Borja worked at ICA for 21 years where he held several executive positions. In July 2001, he joined Global Industries as Director of Business Development for Mexico, in May 2002 he was promoted to Vice President for Mexico and America until 2008 when he became Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Strategic Planning until the merger of Global with Technip was completed in 2011.
In 2012 he joined Marcos & Asociados as a partner focusing in the Energy Sector. Eduardo Borja is an active member of the Board of Directors of many companies such as: Swiber Offshore Mexico, Neuroservices, Harkand-Arena SAPI and ARENA´s Companies.
SERGIO BORJA RUY-SÁNCHEZ
Architect from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) with over 28 years of experience in Management, Development, Design and Construction in Mexico and abroad.
In 2003 he founded ARENA, a Project Management, Construction, Design and Owner Representation Company which in the last five years has managed projects totalling over US $1bn and 400,000 sq. Meters of construction.
Mr. Borja has vast experience in strategic planning, business development, and contract management in projects.
As an investor’s representative, he has developed projects establishing strategies and general construction and development plans that best serve clients interests.
He started his career in ICA Group, the largest Construction Company in Mexico. Since then, he has evolved into a skillful and experienced leader that achieves the client’s objectives with superior quality.
